Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the w7e77 platform. The registration process requires provision of a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which serves as your account username and the primary channel for payment processing and account communications.

• You must provide a valid, active Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, deposit and withdrawal processing, and support communications.
• You must create a strong, unique password of at least 8 characters combining letters and numbers. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities conducted under your account.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You must not permit any other person to access or use your w7e77 account, including family members, friends, or third parties.

• Duplicate account creation is forbidden. If w7e77 discovers that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts and the original account may be suspended, and any funds therein may be forfeited pending investigation.

w7e77 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing a player's first withdrawal. This process may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document and, where applicable, proof of the mobile financial service account used for deposits. Completion of KYC is mandatory for withdrawal processing and may be requested at any time in relation to responsible gaming, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the w7e77 platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) through Bangladesh mobile financial services. No international payment cards, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency transactions are accepted or processed.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however w7e77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as part of its compliance obligations.

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for deposits and registered to your w7e77 account. Withdrawal to a different wallet or third-party account is not permitted under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. w7e77 aims to process withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
• w7e77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5Bonuses and Promotions

w7e77 offers promotional bonuses to new and returning players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all w7e77 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus funds or any winnings derived therefrom is permitted. The applicable rollover requirement will be stated in the specific bonus offer terms.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts will result in disqualification and account suspension.

6Gameplay and Fair Play

7Prohibited Conduct

All decisions made by w7e77 in relation to suspected prohibited conduct are final pending the outcome of any formal dispute process.

8Responsible Gaming

w7e77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase to an existing limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect.

9Account Suspension and Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions, or account registration rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe or provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity documentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with any criminal offence, based on transaction patterns, account behaviour, or external intelligence.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests and standard account closure requests submitted to [email protected]. Upon account closure by request, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to the registered payment account within a reasonable timeframe subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w7e77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses arising from game outcomes, system failures, payment processing delays, or third-party service interruptions.

11Privacy and Data

12Amendments to These Terms

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
